Daniel Walton

Daniel Walton is a highly qualified musculoskeletal specialist with over 15 years of experience in health and wellbeing. He has worked in elite Football and Rugby League, including roles with Manchester United and Leeds Rhinos.

He initially trained and worked as a physiotherapist before completing specialist training enabling him to prescribe medication independently and administer injections.

Alongside his elite sport experience, Daniel has extensive experience supporting the general population. He has held advanced roles in both private practice and the NHS, and was also a successful personal trainer with a broad client base.

Daniel’s clinical approach is deeply informed by his own experience as an athlete: A product of the Castleford Tigers youth system, he spent five seasons with York Knights before completing a final season with Coventry Bears (Now Midlands Hurricanes). Following his rugby league career, Daniel moved into powerlifting, winning multiple regional titles, qualifying for the All England and British championships, and representing Yorkshire and the North East.
